At SRS we have 2 work areas:
- Work area.
- Laboratory.
And you may ask, why is that? Because the contamination in the new bearings is death for them and its useful life is reduced a high percentage, then the assemblies are made in the laboratory where you have it:
- Climate controlled.
- Isolation.
- Powder-free nitrile gloves are used.
- Moisture meter.
- Food, beverages and smoking are prohibited.
While in the work area the processes we call "dirty" are carried out:
- Disassembly.
- Cleanliness.
- Machining.
